Normally the train and support group are based at Bewdley station. On most Saturday's a number of the group usually meet at Bewdley station to undertake work on the DMU. If you visit Bewdley during one of these days ask a member of Bewdley station staff if you can speak to them. A representative will be pleased to come over to your platform and offer advice on any questions you may have.

Alternatively speak to the staff on board the DMU whenever the train is in public service.
